- 1/2 lb. sausage
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 4 medium squash, cooked
- 1 can undiluted mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. grated Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 tsp. Accent
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- dash of garlic salt, pepper
Directions

1Cook sausage and onion in skillet until done; drain.

2Add remaining ingredients; mix well.

3Pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole.

4Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.

5Top with additional cracker crumbs if desired.
