Squashage Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. sausage
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 4 medium squash, cooked
  • 1 can undiluted mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 c. grated Velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. Accent
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • dash of garlic salt, pepper

Directions

    Cook sausage and onion in skillet until done; drain.

    Add remaining ingredients; mix well.

    Pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole.

    Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.

    Top with additional cracker crumbs if desired.
