  • 2 pounds Yellow Squash
  • 8 ounces, weight Sour Cream
  • 4 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 can (10 Oz. Size) Cream Of Chicken Or Cream Of Celery Soup
  • 12 ounces, weight Cubed Stuffing Mix
  • Garlic Salt And Pepper, To Taste

Directions

    Cube squash and put it into a stock pot. Cover with water and boil just until tender (about 6-7 minutes). Drain off the water and mix in remaining ingredients. Spread it into a 9x13 casserole dish. Bake at 400 F for 20 minutes.
