- 3 whole eggs
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 23 c. corn syrup
- 14-oz can milk
- 13 c. half-and-half
- 1 tsp. butter flavor extract
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 c. roasted peanuts
- 9-inch whole pie shell
Directions

1Adjust oven rack to lowest position.

2Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Whisk together the eggs, butter, corn syrup, sweetened condensed milk, half-and-half, butter and almond extracts and salt until well blended.

3Stir in the chopped peanuts.

4Pour into pie shell and bake for 45 minutes, or until center is set.

5Remove from oven and let cool on wire rack.

6To serve, drizzle each slice with caramel dessert topping.
