  • 2 squirrels, cut-up
  • 2 qt. water
  • 1 c. rice
  • 1/4 c. catsup
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

    Dice salt pork; saute until brown.

    Add squirrel pieces; brown lightly.
