- 3 chicken breasts, cooked, boned and cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 1/4 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 1 can mushrooms, sliced and sauteed
- 1 can chow mein noodles (303 size)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted or 4 c. cream sauce
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- slivered almonds
Directions

1Beat eggs well, add mayonnaise and beat.

2Add egg mixture to undiluted chicken soup.

3Add remaining ingredients except slivered almonds.

4Grease flat casserole dish well.

5Add mixture and bake 1 hour at 350°.

6Refrigerate and reheat the next day for 1 hour at 250°.

7Put almonds on top before reheating.

8Cut into squares and serve with the sauce.
