Ingredients

  • 2 (10 ounce) cansof rotel mexican stewed tomatoes (has to be Mexican!)
  • 2 -3 garlic cloves (chopped or minced)
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 12-1 lime, juiced
  • 1 -2 jalapeno, chopped

Directions

    In food processor (or blender) puree all the ingredients and squeeze juice from the lime.

    It will last about 4-5 days.

    Sometimes you have to use a little more lime juice depending on how strong the garlic is.

    I also use about half of the bunch of cilantro that I buy so I am sure that is more than 1 cup!
