  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1- 3 1/2 oz. can french fried onions or 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
  • 1- 4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
  • 1- 10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1- 10 oz. can biscuits

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

    Brown ground beef, drain.

    Mix into 2 1/2 to 3 quart casserole.

    Ground beef, mushrooms and onions.

    In medium saucepan, heat mushroom soup until bubbly, stir in 1/2 cup of sour cream.

    Pour over meat mixture.
