- 1- 3 1/2 oz. can french fried onions or 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
- 1- 4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
- 1- 10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1- 10 oz. can biscuits
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2Brown ground beef, drain.

3Mix into 2 1/2 to 3 quart casserole.

4Ground beef, mushrooms and onions.

5In medium saucepan, heat mushroom soup until bubbly, stir in 1/2 cup of sour cream.

6Pour over meat mixture.
