- 4 slices bread
- 1 oz. lean ham
- 1 oz. lean chicken
- 1 oz. low-fat chicken
- 2 lettuce leaves (very small)
- 1/2 Tbsp. mustard, mixed with 2 Tbsp. low-fat mayonnaise
Directions

1Cut circles as large as possible out of the bread.

2(You can use a glass or cup if you don't have a sandwich cutter.)

3Spread each circle lightly with mayonnaise.

4Cut same size circles out of cheese, ham and chicken slices.

5Make a sandwich layering in the following order:

6bread, circles of cheese, leaf of lettuce, circles of chicken, bread and circles of ham.

7Top stack with bread and anchor with a toothpick.
