- 2/3 c. Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken pieces
- 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. cornflake crumbs
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
Directions

1In a bowl, combine salad dressing and egg; set aside.

2Rinse chicken in icy cold water and drain well.

3Dredge chicken pieces in flour mixed with salt and pepper.

4Dip in salad dressing-egg mixture.

5Roll in cornflakes.

6Arrange chicken pieces in foil-lined broiler pan.

7Drizzle with butter.

8Bake at 350° for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
