  • 5-1/2 cups boiling water, divided
  • 1 pkg. (85 g) Jell-O Strawberry Jelly Powder
  • 1 pkg. (85 g) Jell-O Lime Jelly Powder
  • 1 pkg. (85 g) Jell-O Orange Jelly Powder
  • 1 pkg. (85 g) Jell-O Lemon Jelly Powder
  • 2 env. (7 g each) unflavoured gelatine
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 can (300 mL) sweetened condensed milk

    Add 1 cup boiling water to each flavour jelly powder in separate bowl; stir 2 min.

    until completely dissolved.

    Pour each flavour jelly into separate small shallow food storage container sprayed with cooking spray.

    Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.

    Sprinkle unflavoured gelatine over cold water; let stand 1 min.

    Add remaining boiling water; stir until gelatine is completely dissolved.

    Add milk; mix well.

    Cool slightly.

    Cut flavoured jelly into cubes; spread randomly onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.

    Pour milk mixture over cubes; stir very gently if necessary to evenly distribute jelly cubes.

    Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm before cutting into bars.
