Standing Rib Roast

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. lemon pepper
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 standing beef rib roast (6 or 7 lb.)
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 tsp. instant beef bouillon granules
Directions

1Combine the first 5 ingredients and rub over roast.

2Place roast with fat side up in a large roasting pan.

3Insert meat thermometer.

4Bake, uncovered, at 325° until roast reaches desired doneness.

5Allow 23 to 25 minutes per pound for rare (140° on thermometer), 27 to 30 minutes for medium (160°) and 32 to 35 minutes for well done (170°).

6Remove to serving platter and keep warm.

7Let stand 15 minutes before carving.
