  • 6 mint sprigs, plus 1 sprig for garnish
  • 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
  • 1 1/2 ounces light rum
  • 1/2 ounce Midori
  • 1/2 ounce pineapple juice
  • 1/2 ounce fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 ounce fresh lime juice
  • Ice
  • 2 ounces chilled club soda

Directions

    In a cocktail shaker, muddle the 6 mint sprigs and the Simple Syrup.

    Add the rum, Midori, juices and ice; shake well.
