- 2 lb. beef stew meat, cubed
- 1 can tiny peas
- 1 c. sliced carrots
- 2 chopped onions
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 can cream of celery, tomato or mushroom soup
- 1 big, raw potato, sliced
- 1/2 soup can water
Directions

1You need a casserole dish with a tight lid.

2Mix all of the ingredients together in casserole dish.

3Put the lid on.

4Put in a 275° oven.

5The stew will cook all by itself and be done in 5 hours.

6Makes 5 to 6 servings.

7This is great if you don't feel good.

8Put everything in and go to bed!
