- 1 c. sliced carrots
- 1 can cream of tomato soup
- 4 or 5 large Irish potatoes
- 1 c. tiny green peas
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 chopped onions
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 soup can water
Directions

1Mix all ingredients in a casserole dish that has a tight lid. Place in oven at 275°. Cook at least 5 hours. Longer cooking will not affect stew.
