Ingredients
- 1/4 c. chopped frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. Provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 Tbsp. dried oregano
- 1 Tbsp. dried basil
- 1 tsp. garlic, minced
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 7 oz. sirloin steak, pounded to 1/4-inch thickness
- olive oil to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Heat oven at 350°.

2In medium bowl place first 8 ingredients and mix well.

3Put filling in pounded meat at the widest end of steak.

4Roll meat so that seam is underneath.

5Place on greased baking dish and spread a little olive oil over the meat.

6Salt and pepper to taste.

7Place in preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until mixture is cooked through.

8Serve with your favorite brown gravy.
