  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp anchovy paste
  • 2 tsp worcheshire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp blk pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • splash of olive oil

Directions

    let you butter soften then add all ingredients and whip until everything is combined.

    Place in wax paper and form a log by rolling. Put butter (still in wax paper) in the freezer.

    When your steak is hot off the grill, place a slightly soften pad of butter on you steak.
