- 6 (4 oz.) beef tenderloin steaks (1-inch thick)
- 1 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
- cooking spray
- 1 tsp. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- lemon twists for garnish (optional)
Directions

1Sprinkle steaks with lemon pepper seasoning.

2Coat a large, nonstick skillet with cooking spray.

3Add margarine.

4Place over medium-high heat until margarine melts.

5Add steaks and cook 5 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Transfer to a platter.

6Keep warm.

7Add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and mustard to skillet.

8Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

9Pour over steaks.

10Garnish with lemon twists, as desired.
