  • 1/4 cup minced shallots
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
  • 1 boneless beef sirloin steak, about 3/4 inch thick (1 lb.) Whole Foods 1 lb For $7.99 thru 02/09
  • 1/3 cup A.1. Original Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. capers, drained
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley

Directions

    Cook and stir shallots in 1 Tbsp.

    of the oil in large skillet on medium heat 5 minutes or until tender.

    Increase heat to high.

    Add remaining 1 Tbsp.

    oil to skillet.

    Add steak; cook 3 minutes on each side.

    Stir in steak sauce, capers and garlic; simmer 2 minutes or until steak is cooked through.

    Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
