- 4 cube steaks or round steaks
- 1 jar brown gravy
- 3 Tbsp. half and half
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Directions

1Brown steak in skillet in butter until done, turning once. Remove.

2Keep warm.

3Reduce heat.

4Add gravy, half and half and mustard.

5Heat, stirring until bubbly. Add meat to sauce. Sprinkle with parsley.

6Cover.

7Simmer on low for 10 minutes. Serves 4.
