- 1 (5 lb.) boneless top round steak or 8 small steaks
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 2 tsp. marjoram
- 1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
- 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. rosemary
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 c. orange juice
- 1/2 c. olive oil
Directions

1Prepare 24 hours in advance.

2Combine all ingredients except steak and oil and mix with wooden spoon until dissolved.

3Gradually add the oil, stirring constantly.

4Put marinade in shallow container and settle steak into container, stirring twice to coat thoroughly.

5Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.

6Turn steak occasionally.

7Remove and grill.
