  • 2 boneless top loin steaks (1/4 lb. each)
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 c. basil (fresh), chopped (or mint)
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 c. thoroughly washed and drained spinach leaves, steamed

    Preheat broiler.

    Broil 5 to 6-inches from heat unit for 5 minutes on each side.

    Saute garlic, remove from heat and add rest of ingredients.

    Put over steak.
