- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 c. basil (fresh), chopped (or mint)
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
- 8 c. thoroughly washed and drained spinach leaves, steamed
Directions

1Preheat broiler.

2Broil 5 to 6-inches from heat unit for 5 minutes on each side.

3Saute garlic, remove from heat and add rest of ingredients.
