  • 1 1/2 lb. sirloin steak
  • 1 lemon (juice of)
  • 1/2 tsp. Tabasco
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/8 lb. butter
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 c. brandy

    skillet melt butter over a low flame and add lemon juice and
