- 2 c. tomato juice
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. prepared mustard
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 lb. beef sirloin steak, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/2 lb. mushroom caps
- 1 large green pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 pineapple, cut into 1-inch pieces
Directions

1Mix tomato juice, vinegar and seasonings.

2Place meat in shallow glass dish; pour tomato juice mixture over meat.

3Cover; refrigerate 2 hours.

4Remove meat from marinade; reserve marinade. On 6 skewers, alternate meat, vegetables and pineapple.

5Place on grill 4 inches from coals.

6Cook 12 to 15 minutes turning and basting frequently with reserved marinade.

7Makes 6 servings.
