- 1 beef flank steak
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 (12 oz.) jar homestyle mushroom or brown gravy
- 1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
- 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp. gourmet wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. granulated sugar
- 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Directions

1In large skillet, cook steak in oil to desired doneness, turning once; remove and keep warm.

2In same skillet, stir in remaining ingredients; heat until bubbly.

3Thinly slice steak diagonally across the grain; spoon sauce over.

4Serve with rice, if desired.
