- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. catsup
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. water
- dash of garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. honey
- 1 lb. boneless steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
Directions

1Combine first 7 ingredients in a large shallow dish.

2Add steak; cover and marinate at least 2 hours or overnight in refrigerator, turning occasionally.

3Drain steak.

4Add honey to reserved marinade.

5Thread steak on bamboo skewers.

6Grill 5 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness is reached.

7Baste with marinade.
