- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 c. sliced potatoes, cooked firm
- 1 medium onion, sliced and separated into rings
- 1 can peas, drained
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can water
Directions

1Pat ground beef evenly in bottom of medium casserole dish. Layer potatoes, onion and peas over top of beef.

2Mix both cans of soup and water.

3Pour over top of meat and vegetables.

4Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
