- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 can mushrooms, drained
- 1 onion
- 1 round steak, cut into bite size pieces
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3 to 4 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Brown meat, onions and mushrooms in butter.

2Stir in flour. Add 1 cup water, bouillon cubes, mustard, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce.

3Cook slowly 1 to 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.

4Serve over rice.
