- 1/3 c. chopped celery
- 4 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 1 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
- 2 lb. thin sliced round or flank steak
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. minced onion
Directions

1Saute onion and celery until soft.

2Add stuffing and water. Mix well.

3Pound steak, cut into 8 pieces.

4Place 1/4 cup stuffing near center and roll.

5Fasten with toothpick.

6Brown in skillet. Add soup and water.

7Cover.

8Cook 1 hour and 30 minutes.

9Spoon sauce over.

10Remove meat.

11Add sour cream.
-
12Heat.
