- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups fresh breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sage
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/3 cups water
Directions

1Pound steak to 1/3 inch thick.

7In large skillet, heat oil, brown rolls.
