Ingredients
- 2 lb. thinly sliced beef
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 can bean sprouts, drained
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
- 4 Tbsp. peanut oil
- salt and pepper
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. water (cold)
- soy sauce
Directions

1Heat oil; add garlic.

2Saute beef until nearly well-done; remove from oil.

3Saute onions, peppers and mushrooms.

4Add cornstarch to cold water in a separate cup; mix until smooth. Pour over vegetables and stir until thickened.

5Add beef and bean sprouts.

6Simmer a few minutes.

7Serve over rice.
