- 1 1/2 lean ground beef
- 2 c. onions, diced
- 1 c. carrots, sliced
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
- 3 cans chicken broth
- 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. red pepper sauce
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Brown meat in Dutch oven over medium high heat.

2Add rest of ingredients and cook 10 to 12 minutes.

3Add chicken broth, tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, red pepper sauce, and black pepper.

4Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 15 minutes.

5Meanwhile, melt 1/4 cup butter.

6Stir in flour and continue to stir until brown.

7Whisk into soup, cover and simmer another 15 minutes.
