- 6 (6 oz.) steak strips, dipped in cumin
- 1/2 c. green pepper chunks
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1 small can chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, sliced thin
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. rosemary
- 1 tsp. basil, oregano and marjoram
Directions

1Fry garlic until almost done.

2Add meat and fry 2 minutes on first side, turn and sprinkle with Paul Prudhomme's seasoning. Cover with all vegetables.

3Cover and cook about 20 minutes.

4When vegetables have cooked down, add tomatoes.

5Cook until hot.

6Serve with rice.
