- 2 pounds round steak or beef stew meat, cut into 1 in pieces
- 1 large onion
- 1 can mushrooms (optional)
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Dredge meat in flour and put in baking pan (9 X 13).

2Cover with onions, crumble bouillon cubes over meat and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

3Cover with foil and cook at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
