Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. round or flank steak
- 4 c. soft finely crumbled enriched white bread
- 1 c. finely chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. marjoram
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 c. hot water
- 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except bouillon cube and mushrooms and put on steak.

2Roll steak up and tie or skewer.

3Put into pan.

4Mix bouillon cube with water and pour over steak.

5Cook about 2 hours at 325°.

6Brown mushrooms in skillet and put over steak.
