- 2 lb. round beef steak
- 4 Tbsp. vegetable oil, divided
- 1 lb. noodles
- 1 green pepper, cut in 1 1/2-inch squares
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 c. boiling water
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms or 2 cans sliced and drained mushrooms
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
Directions

1Place meat in freezer 1/2 hour before slicing.

2Slice meat thin on the diagonal.

3In large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons oil. Add few pieces meat and brown well on all sides.

4Set aside as it browns.
