  • 14 kg red pumpkins or 14 kg cucumber
  • 14 kg fine burghul
  • 14 kg jaggery, to taste (I like it less sweet)
  • 14 teaspoon anise seed
  • 12-1 coconut, grated

Directions

    Grind the pumpkin and mix all the ingredients into it.

    Keep aside for 1/2 an hour to an hour.

    Steam in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes.

    Done.
