  • 5 eggs
  • 1 big condensed milk sweetened ( 520 g)
  • 1 tin of water ( condensed milk )
  • 1 lemon juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 vanilla essence
  • 1 few drops of yellow colouring
  • 1 for sugar syrup 4 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 little choped or whole cashew nuts and raisin for garnish

Directions

    In a bowl add the 5 eggs and beat them well then add the condensed milk and water , beat again and add the colour ,vanilla.mix.it well

    Make the sugar syrup until brown colour.

    spread the syrup on nonstick bowl or tray

    add the cramel mixer to pan and put in side a another saucepan with a little water as much to steamed the caramel

    cover the pan and steamed for 15 / 20 minutes on low heat.

    after remove the caramel out of the saucepan and let it to be cool .

    add the garnish items
