Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 1 big condensed milk sweetened ( 520 g)
- 1 tin of water ( condensed milk )
- 1 lemon juice of 1 lemon
- 1 vanilla essence
- 1 few drops of yellow colouring
- 1 for sugar syrup 4 tablespoon sugar
- 1 little choped or whole cashew nuts and raisin for garnish
Directions

1In a bowl add the 5 eggs and beat them well then add the condensed milk and water , beat again and add the colour ,vanilla.mix.it well

2Make the sugar syrup until brown colour.

3spread the syrup on nonstick bowl or tray

4add the cramel mixer to pan and put in side a another saucepan with a little water as much to steamed the caramel

5cover the pan and steamed for 15 / 20 minutes on low heat.

6after remove the caramel out of the saucepan and let it to be cool .

7add the garnish items
