- 1 kumu or mullet (1 lb.)
- 2 slices fresh ginger
- 2 Tbsp. green onion, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. shoyu
- 1/4 tsp. ajinomoto
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. salad oil
- Chinese parsley
Directions

1Place fish and ginger in pot of boiling water (water should cover fish).

2Turn flame off and cover with tight fitting lid. Let stand for 30 minutes or until done.

3Place fish on platter. Sprinkle with finely chopped green onion.
