  • 2 lb. fish (grouper), sliced and cleaned
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 c. parsley
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine

    Slice fish and lay in flat cooking pan.
