Ingredients
- 3 lb. shrimp in shell
- 2 large onions, chopped fine
- 3 ribs celery, chopped fine
- 3/4 c. butter or oil (or more)
- 1 bell pepper, chopped fine
- garlic powder to taste
- black pepper to taste
- red pepper to taste
Directions

1Season shrimp in shell with salt, black pepper, red pepper and garlic powder.

2Put shrimp in hot oil or butter and stir until all shrimp turn pink.

3Add onions, celery and bell pepper.

4Mix well; cook, covered, for 15 minutes.

5When done, using slotted spoon, move shrimp to platter.

6Serve juice in small bowls.

7When eating, suck on shrimp first, then peel shrimp.

8Can be dipped in juice or dip juice with French bread.

9Serve with green salad.
