  • 2 lb. boneless New York steak, cut into small chunks
  • 2 onions, cut small
  • 1 green pepper, cut small
  • 1 c. mushrooms, peeled and cut small
  • 3 potatoes, peeled and cut up
  • 5 sticks celery, cut medium
  • 5 carrots, peeled and cut into oblong slices
  • 1 pkg. frozen peas
  • 2 c. water
  • 2 cans beef and mushroom gravy
