  • 3 red onions sliced thinly
  • 5 ounces white wine
  • 1/2 bouillon cube
  • 1 11/16 cups milk
  • extra-virgin olive oil
  • ground nutmeg
  • salt
  • flour

Directions

    Saute the extra virgin olive oil with the onions in a large, deep saucepan, adding water when needed.

    Coat the meat with the flour, add it to the saucepan, and brown it well.

    Next add the milk and cook on low heat, simmering for approximately 40 minutes.
