- 1 head fresh cauliflower
- 1/2 can tomato paste
- 2 c. water
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 1 medium onion
- olive oil
Directions

1Brown onion in olive oil.

2Dilute 1/2 can of tomato paste in two cups of water; add to browned onion.

3Dissolve one beef bouillon cube in 1/4 cup of warm water.

4Mix with onion and tomato paste.

5In another pan, brown fresh cauliflower in a little olive oil.

6Add to liquid mixture and simmer until it gets thick, approximately 30 to 45 minutes.

7Add salt and pepper to taste.
