  • 4 qt. tomatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 5 tsp. celery salt
  • heaping 1/2 c. chopped green peppers
  • heaping 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Combine all ingredients; cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.

    Pour into jars and seal. Process pints for 15 minutes and quarts for 20 minutes at 10 pounds in pressure canner.

    Makes 9 pints.
