  • 3 lb. tomatoes (ripe)
  • 1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 c. soft bread, cubed

    Prepare tomatoes, cutting out stems.
