- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 500 g chipolata sausages, I use chicken
- 3/4 cup cranberry sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce, more if you so desire
Directions

1Heat oil in non stick pan.

2Cook sausages 10 minutes or till golden.

3Stir together remaining ingredients.

4Pour over sausages.

5Simmer, stirring for 5 minutes till well glazed.

6Serve sprinkled with rosemary leaves if you so desire.
