- 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 2 tsp. soda
- 2 c. cold brewed coffee or cold water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2/3 c. oil
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Put flour, 1 1/2 cups sugar, cocoa, soda and salt into an ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan and stir with a fork to mix, then form three wells in the mixture.

2Pour oil into one well, vinegar into one and vanilla into one.

3Pour coffee over all and stir with a fork until well mixed.

4Do not beat with mixer.
