1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. cooking oil
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1/4 c. sugar
2 c. cold coffee or water

Combine flour, 1 1/2 cups sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt into ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.

Stir with fork.

Form 3 wells in mixture.

Pour oil in one and vanilla in one.

Pour water or coffee over.

Stir.

Do not beat.

Combine remaining sugar and cinnamon.

Sprinkle over batter.

Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
