- 1 medium head cabbage, coarsely chopped
- 2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Stir-fry cabbage, celery and onion in butter in a heavy Dutch oven for 5 minutes over high heat.

2Cover and remove from heat. Let steam until cabbage is tender (about 5 to 7 minutes).

3Stir in salt and pepper.
