- 1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 celery sticks, sliced
- 1 tsp. chopped garlic
- 1 bunch broccoli, sliced
- 4 c. cooked white rice
- 1 bottle Kikkoman teriyaki glaze
- 2 Tbsp. peanut oil
Directions

1Heat oil at a medium heat in a skillet.

2Add garlic and chicken.

3Cook until chicken is white.

4Add vegetables and cook until desired tenderness of vegetables.

5Serve stir-fry over 1 cup of steaming rice.

6Heat teriyaki sauce in microwave.
